Account Deletion

This page explains how to permanently delete your BillRaja account and the data associated with it.

Delete Inside the App

Open BillRaja and sign in to the account you want to remove.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to the Danger Zone.
Tap Erase profile permanently.
Type DELETE to confirm.

This immediately starts the deletion flow for your account and signs you out after completion.

Delete Without Access to the App

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to our support team.

Please include the account identifier you used with BillRaja, such as your registered phone number, Google email address, business name, or invoice screenshot, so we can verify the request.

Request Account Deletion

What We Delete

Your business profile and settings
Your invoices, customers, products, and related analytics data
Your uploaded logo and other files stored for your account
Your stored notification token and active app session
Your active subscription, which may be cancelled as part of the deletion flow

What May Be Retained

Payment and subscription records kept by Razorpay under its legal and regulatory obligations
Limited records we must retain to comply with applicable tax, fraud-prevention, or legal requirements
Local cached copies on your device until app data is cleared, the cache is overwritten, or the app is uninstalled
